Social Media
Following hoopers and other flow artists on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram has been of the most important keys I have found throughout my flow journey. After a few weeks I created a social profile that was separate from my personal profile. My new hooper/flow personality allowed me the freedom to document my journey, meet fellow hoopers, and ask questions without judgement. I also get all the info about flow jams, meet ups, retreats, events and festivals.
The very first hooper I watched and became inspired by . The video that started it all for me. Morgan Jenkins also known as @missmojangles.
