Inspiration

Social Media

Following hoopers and other flow artists on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram has been of the most important keys I have found throughout my flow journey. After a few weeks I created a social profile that was separate from my personal profile. My new hooper/flow personality allowed me the freedom to document my  journey, meet fellow hoopers, and ask questions without judgement. I also get all the info about flow jams, meet ups, retreats, events and festivals.

The very first hooper I watched and became inspired by .  The video that started it all for me. Morgan Jenkins also known as @missmojangles.

Hi there!

What is my story?
I am a woman, a mother of two adult children, I am a teacher,I am a wife, I am a daughter, I am a lover of animals, nature,God, history, art, music, literature. I am a woman who wants to live a clutter free lifestyle in a organized household.
I am woman who desperately wants to have a healthy body without killing myself. I want to do something that I enjoy. Some kind of thing that is not a meaningless physical activity. I want to wake up looking forward to moving, dancing, I want to enjoy moving my body. I want to love myself again.
